Whenever I review a collection of poetry, whether I enjoyed it or not, I generally start by making clear that appreciation of poetry is even more subjective than appreciation of literary works in general. To that end, what works for one person may or may not work for another.

In this case: I personally did not overly enjoy this work insofar as it did not speak to me and my preferences when it comes to expression of love.

The ideas, however, were indeed meaningful and worthy of thought. For me though, the presentation seemed as though a dictionary and a thesaurus had been used heavily, with diversity of vocabulary taking precedence over authenticity of sharing of ideas.

But how can I possibly speak for that authenticity, I hear you ask. How can I possibly know what the poet was thinking, much less feeling, to say whether authenticity was lost? And the answer is, of course, that I cannot.

I recommend to use Amazon’s “Look inside” feature to see at a glance whether that particular aspect is for you. For me, it wasn’t, but if it speaks to you, that is great.

I enjoyed the writing style in the book, a little different then a traditional poetry book, Beizaee Emphasized words and used capital letters to express feelings effectively. You feel his emotion and depth of understanding. When reviewing a collection of poetry, I give it an open mind I read them out loud to see if it captures feeling and emotions, not only does this collection contain great poetry, there is powerful art throughout, giving you a visual of intense emotion.

from repentance
As tears of forgiveness

This book it is so beautiful, I love the poems.
The paints are very artistic, haighly recommended.
These poems are really great. The really speak to ones soul. The author really put the effort in when writing this. Using extracts of the poem can really add an extra boost when sending various cards to your love ones.
This is a good collection of love poetry that encompasses a variety of emotions and is beautifully written. The author has an amazing ability to link together a flow of words that can express such passion and emotion that it resonates with the reader. If you like poetry or are wanting to see how poetry can express deep emotion you should read this collection.
